They are inside Albertsons not next to Marshalls. I did let them know their location is wrong but it look like they do not care about it.
Also, they charge $3.00 per transaction at the ATM for not having an account with them even if it is another Credit Union account you have.

I went into the bank because my card kept rejecting a charge. I asked employee of the branch can they look and see why it was rejecting it and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it because it was already past five and then I said, can you check my other credit card to make sure that there were no blocks on it. She did neither and shredded both my cards so now I have to get new cards and I have to wait till tomorrow because one she didn’t look at anything. She just shredded it because she wanted to close up early. Horrible service and now, during this crazy rainy weather and flood I have no credit cards to purchase, nor have in case of emergency. I will be in first thing tomorrow to speak to the branch manager about this careless and inconsiderate service that I receive. I’ve been with Altura for years and I’ve never received service like this the audacity to shred my cards without my permission, because last time I checked you had to say you don’t want these anymore. Can I shred these because it’s mine.

I have had alot of great experiences with the people I've come into contact with while banking with Altura, I've been to several branches, EXCEPT with Juliana in the branch inside the Abertsons in Banning. I cannot ask a question without her talking to me like im stupid, I am not stupid, and I really don't appreciate it. I really do like so much about this bank, the convience of being open till 7, my direct deposit, but being treated like this is unacceptable to me. She carries herself with a condescending demeanor and my perception is that she is unhappy at her job.

I have had nothing less than excellent service from Altura Credit Union. From the time that I switched my account from Bank of America until now, I'm so glad that I'm now banking with Altura Credit Union. Bank of America has the rudest manager that they could of ever hired, Chrisey. I was a Bank of America customer for over 30 years & due to her, I will never be a Bank of America customer again.

My experience today in there was not the best. I had to witness a young lady get spoken to in a rude manner by the manager. He could of been having a bad day which I try to understand because we are all human. But the attitude toward her was just too much. She kept her cool, something that would of been hard for me to do given the situation. As I was deciding to whether get involved or not, it seemed like she left to get her husband from their car. It still didn’t sit right with me though so i’m most likely moving my accounts to a different credit union.

This bank is sucky they do not help you. I have an account with Navy Federal and when I deposit my money $200 cash I can’t even get my money back. I hate this bank. I will never ever deal with them in my life again.
