The agency is fine but the only real service we used so far was a road-side assistance call. It was horrible. It was really bad. They were supposed to call back about the experience. One person called and left a voice message. However, I was not able to reach them again. So there was effectively no follow up either. Poor service when you need it and poor customer service. It does not help much that the agency itself is nice when the actual service is poor.

Great customer service and really explains the ins and outs. We have our auto and home insurance with Sam Kessler and not only does he give us a great rate, but him and his staff are available for any question or need you have. The one insurance company I did not regret going with, finally!!

Be sure you write a favorable review. I submitted a candid review of the incompetence of this office and it is not posted or removed…....I have been harassed by this office and exposed to new level of thoughtless customer service. They make it appear they treat you like family but the bottom line is getting you to buy more products than you need and will drop you the second they think you're a risk.... 10- 15 years customer ? too bad, it's a numbers game with them.

Would not buy any product from them. Advertising on TV is night/day different from the reality.
