Joseph was a really good agent, he was efficient quick, but not rushing patient easy and fun to talk to. He got my Auto and umbrella Insurance taken care of in one call activated that day and even though he’s not in the same town, I’m in. It was very easy doing business with them over the phone easy texting quotes, he helped me open up my email to fill out the signature form and walk me through it, just overall was very easy transaction. I spoke with other people local and they couldn’t give me the right information. They didn’t get back to me just overall he was really good agent.

Once upon a time I came across an ad that asked me if I needed to save money on auto insurance. I submitted a request for a call and Joseph called me like super fast. He has been super friendly and eventually my husband joined Allstate ever since then Leilah and Joseph have been amazing in every step of the way. I call Allstate looking for prices, Joseph Shahrour is the one who helped me. Very friendly, very professional, He gave me the options and prices for each and he explained to me what was covered on each. I had already called other agencies including AAA but so far I liked What Joseph was telling me better than the other agencies so I decided to go with Allstate.

I would very much like to get this message to the supervisor of your representative named Miles . This man was Awsome, I am an older guy that is not good with texting and sending pictures anything to do with that kind of thing. Miles was Patient, Kind and very helpful . Did I Mention Patient. He made a usually unpleasant ordeal for me Actually Very Pleasant and even taught me a couple things. This man is in my opinion a Great Asset to Your Business.
