recently applied for a new home insurance policy with after experiencing two instances of wind damage to my roof. Despite the clear need for coverage, my application was denied. The reason provided was the previous wind damage incidents, which is perplexing considering they never addressed the repairs for my roof in the first place.

As a homeowner, I understand the importance of protecting my property, and it’s disappointing when an insurance company does not recognize this need. The denial of my application has left me with a damaged roof and without the security of insurance coverage, which is a concerning position to be in, especially considering the unpredictable nature of weather-related damage.

The lack of support and assistance from in this matter has been disheartening. It’s crucial for insurance providers to offer solutions and protection to their clients, especially in times of need. Unfortunately, this was not my experience, and I am now left to seek out other insurers who value their customers and provide the necessary coverage for such incidents.

I hope that my review can serve as a cautionary tale for others looking for home insurance. It’s essential to choose a company that stands by its policyholders and provides the support needed when facing the aftermath of natural disasters.
