On may 18th of 2023 I asked mark to remove me from my ex-husbands account as we divorced the day prior. He noted of the request and never removed me. He allowed my ex-husband to neglect the payments and start a new policy August 31st of that year during "renewal" time, leaving me on the previously neglected account I requested to be removed from. This placed my ex-husbands neglected debt on my credit report . I however called corporate and they helped me remove Marks negligence of my request and move this debt to its rightful owner as all vehicles were in my ex-husbands and and I was only covered as a driver. It was noted that I asked to be removed but he wouldn't because of the state I was in. #1 I never left the area of nw ohio#2 I just divorced the owner of the account the day prior. So my "state" had nothing to do with my request of removal from account. Thank goodness Trisha at corporate was able to fix this 1295 dollar hit to my credit report that did not belong to me. This agent was EXTREMELY negligent and makes me curious how many times he's done this.

FIND A DIFFERENT AGENT!!! I was supposed to have switched from progressive here to Allstate with Mark and he said everything was good. I set up an account everything was ready to go. I had gotten a receipt and email saying “thank you for your payment” when I looked at my bank account I seen nothing was withdrawn from Allstate. So I personally called him to let him know. He told me to wait 24 more hours. I waited days, nothing was taken out of my account, all this time having no insurance thinking everything was being handled just to find out the complete opposite. JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND SEARCH FOR A DIFFERENT AGENT.

My vehicles needed tows for various reasons and they were there for me. The tow charges would have been more than my monthly premium . Good job guys but they won't cover my trike

Mark Atkins insurance is terrible. My wife was with him for years. In contacting him after the windshield got cracked her referred me to the 800 number. Turns out he had her deductible at 250. Which is extreme and not really any coverage. Then trying to contact his office is a real chore. We recently found insurance at half of the monthly charge. I told his employee about it and she said if you find it cheaper then go with them. In my opinion Mark Atkins is just ot to right policies so he can make money and go golfing. He showed us that that’s his main job. So my advice is do your homework before dealing with him.

Pricing is way higher. Also if they switch your insurance with a different company that company will still take a payment and you have to fight to get it back. The agent is nice though. I’ve yet to have a claim so still wondering why I’m paying so much.
