I spoke with him directly about a car insurance premium concern. He was concerned and attentive. Actually, I expected to get an excuse that would further confuse me and or gaslight me into believing that there was no error.
I was pleasantly surprised. Mr. Metzger reviewed the policy activity, and found that there was, indeed an error . He made no excuses, and immediately made adjustments to correct the problem. He apologized about the error and reassured me that I can contact him if there were any future concerns. I am very satisfied with my new insurance agent. I appreciate being treated like a customer.

This Review is for Allstate Claims Department. Not for Allstate Insurance Agent- Harrison Metz office in Towson MD. The agent did a great job by reporting the claim to the Allstate Company but looks like Allstate dropped the ball on us.

A glass breakage claim that was reported a month ago has not been resolved by Allstate.
They requested us to provide photos and to get 2 quotes. We did that within 2 days of submitting the claim and no response from the agents since then. We followed up a couple times and provided them the manufacturers info as well. They finally called a week later said they didn't get much response from the manufacturer but will have a contractor reach out to us to get a 3rd quote. I guess they were not satisfied with the quotes that we provided.
It has been more than a week since then and We never received any call from their referred contractor. Not sure if they will even take care of this claim.
This claim is just for a shattered glass exterior door. If they didn't take care of this, I don't know if we can trust them anymore for bigger claims. Time to shop again to find a dependable insurance company
