I have been having issues for a few months with no one responding to me or trying to help me. I finally got a lady name Kelly.
Kelly was very pleasant, professional, cheerful, and most of all helpful. She indicated that she was new to the company and would have to research this. Kelly did promptly and my issue was resolved. I give Kelly 5 stars, but Alliant 1 star.
I have been on a few boards and I wish every management company had a Kelly. She was the most professional I have dealt with.

I own a condo for some twenty years enrolled in auto-pay without problem until for some reason my auto-pay enrollment disappeared triggering additional fees. I was lucky enough to find help with a competent and understanding lady by the name of Kelly Iverson, who was able to listen, understand, and offer to help. Very efficient, remaining calm and polite she helped me to settle the delinquent account forwarding evidence to the board for eventual consideration. Thank you for being a pro.

We have tried four times today to reach a “ person”. Finally, after reaching a live person, we were told that they could not speak to my husband regarding our issue. They had to speak to me. The association account is in my name,however, I have hearing aids which makes it somewhat difficult to hear phone
Conversations. I verbally gave them permission to speak to him, as I was sitting right next to him, but they would not honor that. They stated it had to be me. They gave us a number to call back to avoid another wait. I called the number they gave him only to find out they do not manage our subdivision. Not real fond of this company. The are very inaccessible to deal with issues. And do not seem very organized !!!

Steven Kamel from Aliant property management is the hardest working Cam we have ever worked with here at C.P.S..He is always quick to respond to work orders and phone calls. He is very knowledgeable and sees things through to completion. He is always polite, courteous, and a really good guy. We are so pleased that he is our Cam.

Steve Kamel is the best CAM I have ever dealt with!! I have been on our board (off and on) for 12 years. I have dealt with ego-driven, MIA's, Nice, Nit pickers and some that just can't answer a simple question. Most were "nice" but just not easy to "get"..... Steve is QUICK to respond; Precise, no drama, makes me feel like I am competent, goes the extra mile, always smiling/positive etc. He is the FIRST cam in all of these years that our residents compliment a CAM......... he smooths the waters when they are upset with Alliant, and explains things to us like we are not imbeciles! I now absolutely love serving on a board and I never worry about anything!!! He cuts to the chase

I've had issues with Alliant in the past but things have really turned around since Kelly and Alise have arrived. I was having problems getting in the new portal. Alise took the time to help me and I appreciate her so much. Kelly was there when I went to pay my assessment and took the time to explain everything to me and a few others who had questions.

Absolutly ridiculous. I go into the call que and they automatically disconnect you while waiting. I go from position 4 to 1 and then it disconnects you. I had to call 5 times to finally get a hold of someone.

one hour later I'm talking to some lady who does absolutly nothing to help. Doesn't patch me into to someone who has the answers and says they are busy. They took over our HAO and had ZERO documentation. I am trying to sell my house and they provided nothing. Its a very simple document but apparently they just take over communities without doing their due diligence.

How am I supposed to sell my house without HOA applications?

Horrible company. You can never get anyone by phone. I tried yesterday and was caller number 20. I was on hold my entire break at work. They send out late notices every month even though you sent payments on time and they continue to send them after talking. Cost go up and quality goes down. Stay away at all costs. Id give a 0 star if i could.

Wow when you leave feedback they respond within minutes. too bad they don't answer the phone within minutes
