One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Very rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. For example, one of the agents decided to discuss my policy with a mutual person outside of the company. The information got back to me and when I confronted the agent she refused to admit that she was wrong and never apologized. Talked to the mananger and he was the most rude of them all. Basically blew my concerns off. These people have very little professional moral. In the end I was terrified to communicate with the agent that handled my policy. It was a nightmare and I’m not exaggerating. Threatened me to add my husband to my policy, added cars without my knowledge and refused to remove cars when requested. Again a total nightmare. I’m hoping that this review will help others to make a good decision when it comes to choosing a professional agent. Also in hopes that this company will come to realize that we as consumers are people and we deserve respect, dignity, and to be educated about our policies and the business we do with them. There is nothing wrong with a consumer wanting or needed clarification especially when they are spending there hard earned money.
So happy to be dealing with a new agent with a new company that I can communicate with professionally.
