can’t say enough good things about my experience with State Farm and my agent, Alex Baldwin. I’ve been insured with them for my Plymouth Prowler, and the level of service I receive is second to none.

Today, I had the pleasure of working with Eleanor McCabe, and she was absolutely outstanding! She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, went over my policy coverage in detail, and made sure I fully understood everything. Not only that, but she also processed two payments over the phone, enrolled me in auto pay, and promptly emailed digital copies of my insurance cards—all while committing to mailing me physical copies as well.

The customer service I receive from Alex Baldwin’s team at State Farm is top-tier, and Eleanor truly went above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress-free. I genuinely feel like I’m getting exceptional value for my money, and it’s reassuring to know I have a team that cares about my coverage as much as I do.
