The whole staff is very kind they always greet you and are very professional when you're there and over the phone. I have been coming here to do my taxes for a couple years now and I have never had a problem with Alvaro and his staff. If he is not available, he will give you a call back, or if you wait in their area, he will get to you as soon as he's done with the customer, he's with. I highly recommend getting your taxes done with them, very knowledgeable and professional. Turnaround time for me is soon because I only have one job but even when I was juggling three jobs, they waited patiently for me to get all my W2s together. My sister has a cleaning business, and they get their business taxes done and have never had a problem. I'm not a person to leave reviews but they do a great job every year.

I'm new to Tucson and got a strong recommendation for this company, which is why I'm reviewing it now. I usually read reviews and believe that people have the right to real information before entrusting their business to any company.
My taxes were a little more complex last year due to buying and selling some real estate, so rather than file on my own I came here. Long story short, all information was compiled, I was only given signature sheets; I signed and waited for a call to pick up my tax packet.
After receiving the packet, I noticed two very big mistakes. First mistake: My last name was my name before marriage, and we've been married 8 years. Never gave them this info at all. Not sure where my previous last name came into this, but documents were not checked for accuracy.
Second and biggest mistake: All of my income had been reported on my husband's SS#. His name was even on the form under my employer.
I'm starting to receive SS benefits at the end of this year, so showing zero income made my monthly income less. In addition, my husband would be way over what he can make annually and we would be required to pay that overage back to SS dollar for dollar. No small mistake!
I sent emails expressing the depth of these mistakes and called at least 3-4 times per week. Was told that he was out of town; was told that it was handled but couldn't get verification. And I had not gotten my federal return back yet.
SIX WEEKS: I get a letter from the IRS Fraud Department saying they need me to verify that someone hadn't filed fraudulently. Only after threatening to report negligence to the IRS and BBB did I finally get a copy of the Revision dated THAT day. I finally got everything verified today (8 weeks later) and can now expect my return in another 9 weeks. I just don't even understand how someone handling peoples' financial information can be so blatantly negligent!
