I’ve been with Statefarm for many years, only ever changing my agent when I moved to the area. Over the last year this office and its staff have made me again and again ponder leaving this agent if not Statefarm entirely. The staff at Al Casey’s office continue to set the bar at a record low as far as State Farm goes. It isn’t even complicated stuff, policy changes, misfiling things, neglecting to send things out over and over and over and over. If I spent any more time on the phone and email getting things to be done correctly, it would be quicker to do them myself. It’s honestly saddening.
