Sandra was very helpful and engaging. She helped me to know of a sister credit union (Family Savings) in Calhoun, GA where I can keep my account open and useful. She encouraged me to look into getting a checking account and that sounded very good. She also set me up with a verbal password that I appreciate very much as I don't eat my berries (for memory support and to answer those verification questions) like I should, lol. She was a very pleasant customer service representative and I think she should get a hefty raise. Thank you.

Sandra Hagemann helped me today in my desire to withdraw money from my IRA and deposit it to my checking account. Although she had some technical issues in doing so, she stuck with me and kept up-to-date on what she was doing to resolve the issue. All in all, she was successful in completing the transaction and then offered me some advice on improving my return for my money by giving me a point of contact for financial advice that has a good working relationship with AACU. I was in very good standing on payments on a refinance. My wife was in a bad accident in the vehicle! Insurance only paid for just over the payoff amount we needed another vehicle and was denied. Can't find a reason to say anything positive
