We have been customers for several years with our home, car and business insurance with Ainslie LoVerde Insurance Services, Inc. They claim we are all us set up to have auto payment like we requested on all of our insurance policies. Since setting up auto pay we get notices saying " your insurance policy has been canceled". Then we have to go into their office, they tell us we are all set up on auto pay, but in reality we are not. This is too important not to mention expensive to be able to recommend their services or lack thereof.

I've recently had my car broken into by means of them smashing my rear driver side window and stealing my brand new coach purse, among other things. Although my renters insurance should cover my loss, it has been a long and depressing process, I understand the $500 deductable but everything else just feels like them trying to get out of paying. If they could blame it on me they would... I am definatly not in good hands and to anyone thinking of getting insurance through allstate just know it all sounds real nice and hassle free when you sign up, but that changes heaven forbid you actually have a loss and they may have to pay for it. Oh and don't get me wrong they are plenty curtious and helpful in every way until it comes time for them to be the ones to pay you, then it's a whole different story, especially katy in the claims department, not helpful or supportive at all what so ever...
