SO rude! I just called to ask if they could help me set up a sole proprietorship, since they boast being able to help small businesses. The woman on the phone gave me major attitude, saying she doesn't know how to do that. She said they help with llc's but she doesn't know how to set up a sole proprietorship. So she has no idea what she is talking about, and was extremely rude to boot. Very disappointed. I thought a small town business would be helpful and kind, they were neither.
