Their maintenance man Mr Howard is awesome!! He always gets the job done and fast if he can and is so nice and is patient with the tenant that have dogs specially mine with a great Dane!!

The worst communication i’ve dealt with by far especially regarding maintenance issues. Lived at this property for 3 years under different management and they never made us wait this long. My AC went down at 2:30 AM , I immediately submitted a request, when calling for an update on it they give you little to no information. My request was accepted by a technician @ 10:27 AM it is now 5:29pm with no communication if anyone is coming or not to resolve this problem. Our unit is now at 98 degrees and we have pets. The lack of urgency is concerning. Never dealt with having a maintenance request resolved until Advantage Asset Management took over. But they were very quick to make sure we renewed our lease.

Update : After having to purchase a AC window unit to remain comfortable in our home we got a call at 6:13PM that they would be coming the next day. Problem was solved, but the communication aspect of it could use some huge improvement.

Worst company experience and renting I have ever endured ! Horrible communication, had black mold, rats, pipes busting, huge hole in our celling, flooding and more water was rushing down our walls due to pipes. They would cancel our request or take weeks to get back to us. Didn’t even have a working stove fan and the stove range did not work . The whole time I lived there I had issues and constantly had maintenance come out . AC broke numerous occasions in the summer it got to 93 degrees in the house and I had a dog. They overcharged us for the move out bill and then tried to throw more charges onto us after we got the bill and refused to send us an itemize bill .Do not rent from them! They will screw you over and ignore you for months !!!! I would give zero stars if possible!! They don’t care about their renters !!! I can’t stress enough how they do not return phone calls, I left messages and urgent ones for weeks and never got a response ! Do not trust them!!!!

I have owned rental properties in several states, and Advantage is the best, most professional property manager I have ever worked with. Charlie is always responsive, informative and proactive both with tenant relations and maintenance issues (it's an old house so prone to needing repairs, which are always handled quickly and transparently). Special welcome shout out to Elizabeth, who already has gone above and beyond to make sure both my needs as an owner and my tenants' needs are promptly met. Highly recommend!
