We viewed multiple Advance Investment properties and they were all beautiful, we quickly applied and were approved for a home that had everything we were looking for! Since then Dante has been entirely responsive and helpful. We love our new home and are happy to rent from them!

The worst experience. We needed to move to a more spacious house, they said that the review would take 2 days. In the end, it took them more than a week, the requirement to connect your bank account to "Nova Credit", I have my own small cargo transportation business. The income is more than sufficient, I am not going to connect my business account to your ridiculous organization, this is the first, the second is that you will never get through to them, all messages are by mail. They want to dictate their rules to you, and when they find out that you have money, they ask you to pay for housing for 6 months in advance, seriously? Maybe you should also buy a phone so that you pick it up when they call you. They are wasting time and nerves, fooling you! I confirmed my income with the help of the company that pays for my services, but in the end they wrote a refusal "could not confirm income", poor company, I do not recommend it.

Dante is a pleasure to work with! He is quick to respond to requests/emails and quick to get things fixed if needed. He’s always attentive to details and will escalate any issues that arise to make sure we’re happy tenants. Any questions we have, he’s one call away.
Our entire unit was renovated before we moved in and the work him, the landlord and contractors have done is beautiful! The landscaping is also so pretty and it makes me happy when I come home. They’re always looking to upgrade units to make sure we’re comfortable living here.
