The worst place I have ever been too . First of we went in with an appointment mind you I work customer service communication is key . Other ladies started getting there after us and she put them in not only that there was a couple before us and they made wait I can understand why we were waiting long because paper work was not prepared but because when scheduling appointment we never got told to bring in all kind of forms . At the end they wanted me to pay before getting a consultation on my taxes . I said no want to talk the person I asked to speak with the manager and she refused to talk to me instead she refused to service to me . It’s 202024 learn how to communicate when scheduled an appointment advise what needs to be brought in there emails were working which is why our paperwork was delaying . To the supervisor learn how to be supervisor a real supervisor would of gone out and refused service herself instead she sent the employee that was already frustrated because many people were company inc there was no communication what so ever ! Do better on your customer service this new generation ain’t here to play . We understand customer service and they key is to communicate with your customer .

Once my taxes were done and I paid them cash they called back the next day asking for another 400 dollars. They didn’t provide a receipt and threaten to charge my bank with the difference. Im reporting them for FRAUD.

Tengan cuidado con esta compañía de taxes. Pésimo servicio por parte de la persona que atiende en el mostrador. Te cobran carisimo y no dan recibos. Mi esposo espero casi 2 meses para que al final no le dieran el servicio y no le quieren devolver su dinero, ($398). Son unas 🐁 🐁 Antes eran Jackson Hewitt pero ahora trabajando por su cuenta. MUCHO CUIDADO no caigan con estos ladrones.
