My experience took a turn for the worse after I was forced to insure my vehicle elsewhere, as a result to being misinformed about the windshield replacement system being unlimited. State Farm has been my preferred insurance provider for over 10 years, for life, car and home policies. Therefore, I was unhappy about having to insure my car elsewhere due to my agent’s staff wrongly stating that window claims were unlimited. Likewise, I was spoken to in such a degrading manner by Haden when I decided to put a stop to an insurance policy I had in place for my son. In fact, he went on to state that I didn’t care about my son’s future being covered, and that I must want him and his family scrambling for coverage when he’s of age. Again, I received this attitude from Adam’s staff member because he was unable to clearly address my questions with more clarity and less uncertainty about the growth of this account. Then I was told Adam was more of an expert on this matter, so I requested a meeting. Well I attempted to get on Adam’s calendar for over two months until I just became fed up and said forget it. Since, I had only met him once in the 4 years I’ve been his client. Lastly, when I finally spoke to Adam directly he blows me off and says my new agent can help me, instead of being willing to sit down with me to hear out my experience. Overall, this staff made me feel valued as a client when I was opening new products, but whenever I questioned anything I was shamed and blown off.
