Adam helped me get a few quotes earlier last year, which was a pleasant experience. He was responsive and very helpful. I didn't end up going with Liberty Mutual at the time since they were more expensive.

However, I was recently shopping around for new quotes when I was contacted by one of Adam's sales associates. They got me good quotes and right as I wanted to purchase an auto + umbrella, they went silent and never got back to me on the umbrella, despite my telling them I had a hard deadline to cancel my old policies.

I'm going to end up just purchasing the policies directly from Liberty Mutual, which is fine and honestly even easier than working with Adam's sales guy. Early on he also kept talking to me about life insurance when I was really clear that I just wanted to run home, auto, and umbrella quotes.

Really weird -- seems like they don't want my business even after doing most of the work to get me customized quotes.

Adam is hands down the best insurance agent I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. He gets changes/updates done very quickly and efficiently. He is friendly and retains small + important details about my family which makes him extremely personable. He also has added a really great member to his team, Chris, who mimics the sentiments and follow through we have always gotten from Adam. When we added mortgage insurance during the purchase of our first home they were extremely patient with all the questions we had and have since continued to be a fantastic resource and partner to protect our home and vehicles. I cannot recommend LM and Adam and his team enough.
