I’ve been a Taggart client for many years and really appreciate their prompt service and thoughtful advice. I have practiced insurance law for more than 35 years and I am consistently impressed with Taggart’s personnel’s knowledge of the available homeowner, auto, renters, private collections, and umbrella insurance products and coverages. After the recent Marshall Fire I spoke with several friends who had insurance concerns and I gave them a list of questions for their insurance agents about their own insurance. After reviewing their agents’ responses I suggested they reach out to Taggart for another perspective on their insurance needs, whether their current policies were meeting those needs, and what products and coverages Taggart might offer that would better protect them. Every one of my friends was very happy to have spoken to Taggart. Knowledge is power.

I don't usually post bad reviews, but I wanted to share the horrible experience I had with one of Taggert's agents. I worked with Alyssa and she convinced me to move my policies over to Taggert. But when I asked to review my policies that were due to renew she was very hard to actually get a hold of. Once we finally spoke, she was very rude to me and wasn't listening to what I was asking. I wanted to review my insurance line by line and make sure I had the right coverage and also that it wasn't duplicated with my business insurance. She was supposed to get back to me after she reviewed and talked to my insurance company, but instead I got an email saying Taggert did not want to work with me because I was under insured! It was a complete waste of my time over 3 weeks! I tried to call Taggert to let them know what happened and see if maybe it was just the agent I worked with, but I never got a call back.

5 STARS! As a medium sized small business we would certainly recommend the team at Taggart insurance for all your needs!
We switched to Taggart earlier this year from another agency and are very impressed! Lack in coverage and liability exposures were uncovered and quickly addressed and Mark has made it a very easy and seamless transition. Paula has been wonderful in helping with our liability policies, Jordan is a rockstar and has been incredibly helpful in the work comp department and getting our safety policies up to par. Aubrey who handles our health insurance and benefits has also been a great asset. Everyone is very "Johnny on the Spot" and detail oriented. The entire team has proven to be very knowledgeable and happy to help.

We just returned from a holiday vacation and found our house and car insurance in our held mail and it was due in 2 days. We really wanted to review our coverage and decide if we needed to make changes. The documentation in the mail was comprehensive and intimidating, so we called Taggart Insurance and made an appointment to talk about what coverage we needed and to pay our bills. Maggie Malone was very friendly and helpful. She went through our house and car insurance with reviewing the coverage we had. We made a few changes and paid the bills on line. Thanks to Maggie, this was easy and very pleasant.
