Stopped in today to pay a bill and the teller did not great me. She was not friendly at all. The only thing she said to me was, "Sign here". She did not say anything more to me. This was about 12:15 p.m. and she was the only teller on duty. Now I know why I should mail in my bills.

I have been coming to the Elyria branch for over 10 years. Everyone is always nice and very helpful which I really appreciate because I do shared branching which can be difficult at times with the computers. I feel like they are my friends, yet they are always professional. My favorite is Jennifer as she is just great and knows how to fix any problems that may occur. Thank you.

Banking with achieve for about 3-4 years now. About 8-9 months ago, I had a faulty charge on my account so my card was locked. I called customer service and they told me my current card would be removed from my account and the person on the phone told me I had to call this random number to get a new card. Well that number they gave me was a scam number and it had nothing to do with getting a new card. I believe whoever was on that phone call was trying to take advantage of my younger age for their advantage. Went to the bank about a week later and they said my card was still the currently active card on my account and that I could still use it without any problems. They also said I was never issued a new card. Everytime I call achieve credit union for anything their employees seem angry and have a low temper and apparently some will try to scam you. Highly recommend if anyone has problems with their account to go IN PERSON instead of calling. I always have a good experience going in person. But the people they have running the phone calls are not good people. UPDATE: received a call from a nice lady which I believe her name was Becky. She followed up with my review and is investigating the situation. I appreciate the follow up.

Workers did not want to be there and dragged their feet assisting me with a loan.
Communication was lacking and was told I would have no issue getting approved when I told them my current credit score. I went through the application process and then was told AFTER they ran my credit there may be an issue. It then took a couple of hours for them to get back to me. I had zero issues getting a loan with another credit union.

I was dealing with this beautiful assistance Branch Manager name Mindy. She was very helpful in helping me get a loan for a vehicle. She made the process very smooth. I would like to thank her and the staff over there for helping get a vehicle.I would highly recommend Achieve Credit Union.

When I moved up here from Dayton, I thought there was no way there would be as good a financial institution as Dayair. I saw Achieve, read their reviews, and found out I could still deal with DA by way of shared branching. This place has employees who are top notch, courteous, and professional.
