Sarah and all the other women there, provide excellent customer service. I don’t think I ever dealt with any of them being rude or mean. They try to help you find a policy that works for you. If you have any questions, they are always happy to answer them and to try to help you out with any situation. The insurance is very affordable. I've been with this insurance for a good three years. I went with another auto insurance company a few years ago (they offered a good deal for 6 months) but I ended up coming back to Access because their customer service couldn't be beat. I always come back. I highly recommend them 10 out of 10.
