After being hit with a few unfortunate life events, I began renting for the first time in over 20 years.. I met Dianna (the property manager) at what is now our home, and from the moment we met, I knew we were in good hands. If there is ever an issue, Dianna always responds in a timely manner. She is so friendly and communicates with such efficiency. We needed, I don’t hesitate for a moment and reaching out because I know I’ll be met with someone who cares.

On top of Dianna’s outstanding customer service, the maintenance staff have also been amazing. Josh (I forget the other gentleman‘s name) Always come ready to work and are both so friendly. They are both extremely knowledgeable, quick and super helpful when coming to my home. Feels good to know that the job is being done correctly.

It’s unfortunate but easy to post a negative review. I don’t think people take enough time to post the good they take away from their experiences. I could not have asked for better people to have been my points of contact, than who we’ve been blessed with. Thank you!

Access has been managing my properties since 2020 and I highly recommend their service. They are very on top of things and alway try thier best to provide the best experience to both landlords and tenants. Throughout the years I have been in close contact with their team members such as Marilu (accounting), Tom (maintenance), Adabel (advertisement), Rod (move-in, move-out) and Jamie (legal and compliance). They are extremely responsive, professional and most importantly, they get things done.

I gave them a deposit in Oct and they promised to clean the property and fix it up yet nothing was done and I didn't move in until January. They do not communicate with each other at all. After they gave me my keys they inform me my roof is leaking and they didn't clean up my property. It has been one thing after another with this company and they are very rude. It's been 2 weeks since I moved in and they still haven't cleaned up, fixed my roof and they have added even more trash from the maintenance people.

I would have to say that the customer service was top-notch for me. I called to inquire about their services and spoke with Carolina, who was an absolute gem! She answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed and more. She was very kind, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely have them manage my rental property.
