DO NOT GO TO THIS TAX SERVICE! Was going here for years, then this year when I started to owe taxes, Lowe said he would set up a payment plan. I have been chasing him and his wife for over 6 months for something I PAID them to do! He said he would set up the installment agreement and failed to do so and had me chasing him for over 6 months instead of just saying he couldn’t do it or forgot. They left me hanging and now I’m chasing the IRS. When I called Liz to express my frustration, she blamed me and started to antagonize me. Absolutely disgusting behavior from what was supposed to be tax professionals. Liz I will not be taking down this review until you apologize - and a genuine apology. You stated that it wasn’t your fault I owed penalties, and interest. This was irrelevant as I was calling you out for failing to properly prepare my returns like you agreee to do. 0 stars and you pay your friends and family for good reviews.

My husband and I can say we finally found a home for our taxes needs. Upon entering all are so friendly and welcoming. We didn’t wait too long but I felt even if we had to wait it was worth it.
