When I had gone in for my appointment, I was greeted by the staff with a very warm and welcoming tone. Once I got to an office with one of their multiple tax specialists, I felt like my presence was wanted and the woman that helped me asked questions about me and wanted to know more about me. I made a great connection with the accountant that helped me, and I highly recommend Abacus to anyone who is looking to get their taxes done in person. I felt comfortable the entire time I was there and no one was pushy or digging for information from me. This is by far the best tax service I have been to yet.
