I have been with Allstate at this branch for I believe close to 20 years. I cancelled my auto and home policies after the recent insane rate changes but mostly because of the unbelievable way I was treated after being a loyal customer and never had a claim. This office had always been great in the past but now even a simple call back is too much to ask. To top it off when I called to cancel my policy they didn't once ask why I was cancelling? They couldn't care less. Happy to be taking my business elsewhere but a shame a once good office has caused this to happen with their rude and callous behavior towards a long time customer. There is more to the story, there always is but not worth it to whinge here. Just hoping others see this and think twice and research a little before choosing this company and office

So when I walked in I was welcomed by one of there coworkers/Sergio. He was respectful and understanding and help me the best he could. Even when I was stressing on how high my points might be on my driving he said not to worry we will help you as best as we can with the right price because we understand you had bad experience in your past. So that was my helpful experience at All-State insurance. Thank you Sergio for all the help.

Exceptional customer service provided today by Aaron and Adilene! They went above and beyond to ensure that I received insurance same day and explained everything thoroughly to me. They responded right to my call and quickly and efficiently got all paperwork processed within about 30 min. I will definitely keep my business here and recommend them to everyone! Aaron was prompt with assisting me and eased all my concerns by helping me right away and getting everything completed that I needed done. Adilene is also fantastic at her job! She was very personable/friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It is so nice being able to get insurance from people that actually care to help! 10/10 highly recommend. 🙂
