I first started with Princeton Disability Advocates last year.. April, Michaela, and Hal worked to get my disability benefits for me.. They did not fool around after being denied twice. The team took the time to explain what was going on with my case and answered any and all questions I had.... I would recommend these guys to anyone...The team works with you
and are very compassionate.

No doubt they have helped several people according to the reviews, but unfortunately mine must've been the exception, but I don't think so. Without going into grave detail, my case had a snag surrounding when I was able to draw early SSI and work at the same time of which I stayed under the cap that I was allowed under SSA rules, yet SSA kept kicking my application back, of which was not Princetons fault. But how they handled that after having my case for around 8 month I get a txt from April the owner of Princeton telling me I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do and just dropped me like a hot potato and dismissed my case. Very unprofessional of her to just dismiss my case without simply making a phone call and discussing what and how we need to go forward. I have been 💯 disabled for over a year while at the same time complient with SSI. Also good luck reaching them when you call and maybe just maybe you'll get a return call within a couple of weeks. I definitely do not endorse this advocacy company

What can I say when the words “thank you” seem so insufficient? Thank you to Princeton Disability Associates and April and the entire team!! I found you by chance but truly believe it was meant to be! I followed their advice and trusted the process. I was approved quickly and on my first attempt. I seriously doubt I would have had this success without all of you. God bless you all and thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

I do not know where to begin to express my gratitude to April Roberts, and the wonderful people of Princeton Disability Advocates. They helped me to continue my benefits after being declined when my case came up for renewal. April and her amazing staff helped me to collect my medical information and anything else needed to show that my situation was deserving of a disability continuation. I am so thankful to have had April as my SSD advocate. She was very thorough in helping me to understand the process. I really appreciated her knowledge, compassion and professionalism as she walked me through the Disability Determination Process. April was continually updating me with any information as she received it and answered any question that came up. She was such a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She went up and above to help me out!! I am forever grateful for such a kind and caring person!!! Her dedication to her clients is admirable!

Well, I was told my hearing was denied. I honestly feel like I was let down. Ms.April was my original advocate from the beginning then somehow I was turned over to Mr.Hal without an explanation.. (she said she would fight for me until the end and I believed her). Social Security had no record of Mr. Hal being my advocate…They sent the link for the hearing to Ms.April because SHE was still listed as my advocate(I had to send the link to Mr.Hal for him to have access to the hearing). I had to give a verbal consent for Mr.Hal to even hear my case at the hearing. Certain information wasn’t submitted to the judge in a timely manner and the judge allowed him to do so after the hearing in fairness to me.. I don’t feel I was “fought” for because when the vocational expert listed three jobs I could do such as “bagger”, “laundry”, etc. My advocate didn’t say well no she can’t do that because of this.. etc. My advocate basically told me it was a hard case to win.. I honestly wish they never took my case in the first place if they felt it was going to be difficult to win. The lack of communication at times, which I gave the benefit of the doubt to because I know I am not the only client they have, but I really had to stay on top of my case myself. Constant calling and emails. The appeal for my hearing was filed literally a few days before the deadline. I feel Ms.April turned me over to Mr.Hal because she knew I wouldn’t win. I thank them for handling all of my medical documents and the help they did give.. they are nice people, but fell short in certain areas. I’m done, I give up and will not be proceeding to the last step. Mr.Hal basically agreed and said he’ll close the case. So that’s that (once again no fight).

Princeton was incredibly helpful with a focus on every detail, including things I would not have thought of or been aware of myself. Everything was thoroughly covered and I was never left with any unanswered question or as to what was going to happen next.
