My truck's battery died at the Westerville community senior center on Friday January 30. I called and reported that not only was the battery was dead but also needed coolant because the reservoir was practically empty and because of the low coolant I wouldn't be able to drive the truck so I might need a tow truck. I called at 2:14 pm. After at least five calls in all because I kept receiving bogus times when they might receive service. First it was less than an hour, then it was 20-25 minutes, then it was 4 minutes, then it was 66 minutes and finally got a regular AAA truck for batteries only it arrived after I waited 30 minutes because of traffic. A patron at the Westerville community center went and bought some coolant for me. I called back to AAA and told them I either needed a jump or a new battery. My truck was jumped finally after 5:30. I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for service. And some of your service reps had to be told what I needed three times for one woman who sounded like she was 12 years old. This type of service is worse than terrible. I will never recommend your Westerville AAA service to anyone!

Not customer service oriented. If you are thinking of getting an international driver's license, I highly advise checking with any car rental agency in your destination first because you most likely will not need it. This thing is a pure rip off anyway.

All I had to do was walk in to be disrespected and treated poorly. I'll be certain I never have to call here for assistance. -still horrible. Don't bother ever contacting their support, it's just a waste of your time. They do not care about their customers.

stopped by to get my Passport Photos updated this past Saturday only waited 10-15 min until someone was available they came out great and was able to move on with my day. Also being a Premier Member they were at No Cost which was even better.

Brittney G is absolutely amazing. There’s a pretty large group of us going on a cruise and she has been more than patient, kind and understanding over the past 8 months. She’s spent way too much time with all our questions and on the phone with vendors. We know she balances many other clients and appreciate every minute she’s been able to assist us. Andi Allen was extremely helpful in assisting us to plan our five week trip out west. We were a little slow in getting some needed information to her and she was very patient. She supplied us with three trip-tics (due to the length of the trip) and all the maps and tour books needed to help us as we travelled. She was professional and answered our questions to our satisfaction. We have already returned to briefly discuss our hoped for next trip.

Went in looking to save some money for my home and auto insurance. Agent Brook took me in quickly, and hooked me up with an isurance company that did not just save me money, but also provide a better policy than my previous one. All in all, I left the office happy because AAA exceeded my expectation.

I have been a member of AAA since 1970. We lived in Dayton, Mansfield and Cincinnati. All of these AAA clubs were great and provided knowledgeable and professional service. The materials that were made available were also top quality.
We now live in Westerville. The trip tic they can provide on short notice is generated by the computer. This requires little or no knowledge on behalf of the agent providing assistance. When you explain why the new trip tic is not of the same quality of the old trip tic they don't seem to understand. One example of the difference is in locating rest areas. The ink on the computer generated trip tic makes it too hard to locate them. It is very easy on the original style trip tic. While I understand I can still get the old type trip tic if I wait 10 days I believe it is important for the Westerville Club to have knowledge of the issue. But the response we received when suggesting to the agent that they pass along our concern was "We can't make a suggestion to them". I would hope that if others have concerns they try and make an effort to get the information to the proper authority. At least they will have a chance to listen!
