I utilized the DMV service to change the title on a vehicle we purchased. The staff was excellent. The greeter made sure all of our paperwork was in order, and then we met with the clerk. The clerk completed the transfer quickly and told us about an upgrade to our membership which would allow for towing and other services. The entire process was seamless and efficient.

I can say enough about CSAA and especially this branch. My registration was overdue and i thought dmv was going to be a hassle. I walked right in and was helped right away. They verified my insurance, collected my fees and I got tags and registration in hand then and there. Phew! Thank you so much

I just called to speak to someone in this office and after going through their phone tree, a recording comes on saying their office is currently closed, please call back during business hours, which are until 6pm Pacific Time. Um, it was 4:45pm here in Elk Grove so why is office closed already? We've called and tried to go in before and this office is always closed during the posted hours.

This is just bad service and we've been AAA members for years. Too bad we can't even use our local office.
