While standing in line, I noticed that the people who work here have more patience for their own.
I watched both employees help one person for almost 10 min while I was standing there. Didnt even acknowledge me being there.
I get to the window,
they expect you to know the process and won't take time out to explain options.
I was charged over 400 dollars for them to start the process. Ultimately going to end up paying an extra 100 something for a sticker.
Leaving out the mall, someone told me that i couldve purchased historic tags for a less amount.
When I asked the woman behind the counter, she informed me that i could only drive on the wknds. I said that was fine since it was a secondary vehicle.
Then she told me that it was too late and they already started my paperwork at the MVA.
So now I'm waiting on my tags, in which she informed me should be there Wednesday or Thursday. Here it is Thursday and I find myself calling to check the status.
She then tells me theat the lady who has the tags isnt there and shes not answering the phone.
I explained to her that i was told that i could pick my tags up Wednesday. She then gets an attitude and tells me to just call tomorrow.
I hope this place gets shut down. They are stealing and dont care for OUR business.
Wouldnt recommended this place to save my life.

Waste of time. And don't bother trying to return you md tags, they actually charge a fee for returns. As if Maryland don't charge its residents enough for everything else. Md taxes are ridiculous.

The best thing I can say is the service is quick.You do not have to go to the main office and wait in those long lines.I paid cash for my car-no paper tags-and got my hard tags pdq.Plus l could do some shopping at the Iverson Mall Shops.The Tag And Title Service is located inside the mall on the upper level.

Great. My visit was for someone else. We used the kiosk and got in and out very quickly. Arrived there in the afternoon and the line was very short.

Horrible these guys can't even get to work on time I don't understand why it says it opens at 10 and your never open on time horrible people just waiting around
