John was very kind in theory and gave me my quote when it came to payment, I let him know that I didn't have the money on a card that I got paid in cash from work and I needed to go put money in the bank. I asked if I could call back and get him so I didn't have to start over. He assured me my name and quote were in the system and anyone could help when I called back. Of course I didn't get him, but a very kind woman. The quote ended up being higher than originally stated due to my method of payment. The woman explained this after I was ready to make payment. Of course this was upsetting because I was told one thing, then another. If i put in the bank the amount you said and not more, do you understand how i STILL DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TO MAKE PAYMENT?
She put John on the phone and said he told me this during our conversation when in fact HE DID NOT TELL ME THIS. COULD HAVE USE CHECK AND ROUTING INFORMATION FROM MY GRAND DAUGHTER BANK AND GIVEN HER THE CASH. Despite how kind they might have been, I know what I was told VS. what I WASN'T. John then threatened to not allow me to be insured because I called him on our conversation. If you missed the mark you missed the mark John.
I've been insured with you before and had no problems. Life changed and i went somewhere else due to my circumstances. In a different instance, i tried to come back but you wouldn't let me. insurance is a given in Colorado so I have to get it no matter what...so I'm getting it...but I hated how pushed out the door you made me feel

Would 100% recommend, switched from Allstate and would never go back. John and the whole team are super helpful and strive on hard work and empathy. Was well cared for and didn't feel any way stressed because we all know insurance can be a hassle. For a family feel with great rates and empathy go here!
