Whilst in Brighton on business mum called and asked me to pick her up some ladies clothing (nightdress camisole and a few other bits) due to the fact most marks are closing their clothing departments. First day went in walked around looking for help no staff about whatsoever and was just getting stared at by all the lovely old ladies (being a guy in their lingerie dept I guess) so I just left. Thought I’d try again next day (so mum would be happy) and met a lovely staff member (Maisie I think her name was) who was so helpful and knowledgeable in finding me everything I needed even down to the the correct sizes. Staff like her are an asset who makes a customers day when a man is purchasing for a woman and needs help with his purchases. Wanted to tip her as she was so good but didn’t want to get her into trouble! Mum was very happy with everything I purchased for her too!

Title: Exceptional Shopping Experience at MS Food Supermarket

Review:

I recently visited MS Food Supermarket, and I'm thrilled to share my five-star shopping experience. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that this isn't just any supermarket; it's a place where quality, variety, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of their service.

What sets MS Food apart is the incredible quality of their products. Whether I was browsing through fresh produce, meats, or pantry staples, everything seemed handpicked for freshness and quality. The fruits and vegetables were vibrant and ripe, the meats were of premium cuts, and even the baked goods seemed as if they had just come out of the oven.

The selection at MS Food is remarkable, offering a wide range of products from around the globe. It's a culinary treasure trove for food enthusiasts looking to explore international cuisines or find that special ingredient to elevate their home-cooked meals. Despite its vast selection, everything is well organized and easy to find, making shopping both efficient and enjoyable.

Another highlight is the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. Their readiness to assist, whether it was helping me find an item or offering storage tips for fresh produce, made me feel truly valued as a customer.

Moreover, the cleanliness and organization of the store deserve special mention. It's evident that the management places a high priority on maintaining an inviting and hygienic shopping environment, which makes for a pleasant and reassuring visit every time.

In terms of pricing, while some items may be slightly above average, the quality and variety you get are well worth the cost. MS Food clearly focuses on providing value through high standards and exceptional service.

In conclusion, MS Food Supermarket is a gem that redefines the grocery shopping experience. Whether you're a food connoisseur or simply someone who appreciates good quality and friendly service, MS Food is undoubtedly a place that will meet and exceed your expectations. Highly recommended!

Disappointed as I recently discovered the great plant kitchen range. Now it is hard to find ( I’m disabled, not wheeled, so it’s painful to walk around trying to find vegan products)
Also sad that you no longer sell frozen organic mixed vegetables!
I love the plant niche New York style beef bun!

M&S everywhere has lost its way. I decided to give M&S another go after boycotting them and now I’m done, done.

The styles are so outdated and poorly designed. The quality is terrible and on top of it, the shopping experience is awful.

Grabbed two pairs of shoes to try on today and there were no mirrors anywhere. I looked all around the store but, didn’t want to leave my stuff out of sight. Eventually gave up and headed out. Finally I saw two mirrors in the baby section…. Where 0-2 year olds famously try on clothes, eh? ….AND right by the tills which would be great in busy times I’m sure. ?

Good location well served by public buses. Older shop front with lots of manual glass push double row door. (Some not working) One pair of doors electronic for easy wheelchair access. Inside of store has had a recent upgrade on overhead lighting. Ladies section on ground floor front, the food dept at ground floor rear. There is an UP escalator to first floor NO Down escalator only stair or a lift in different location. The part automated collection (internet orders ) and returns is on ground floor close to front of store - not manned. They do have addition floors. Manned security on front doors. Still out of stock on larger sizes in menswear - hence ordering online and collect from store. (No charge) I mainly went to collection point which went smoothly.

Please can you explain why you have done away with the vegan isle and now just mixed all the items everywhere. It makes me just give up and go elsewhere. Not the best idea .

My friend and I had an excellent experience with someone called Sid who was working on menswear who helped us find the right size jacket as we couldn’t find one . Nothing was too much for him . So just wanted to give a shout out

Quality of plant based products is excellent, but sadly they have become very difficult to find now that they are mixed in with other stuff. I have difficulty with mobility so it’s now become too hard to find plant based!
