They need more ATMs. Always a line at the one ATM because no one wants to deal with the rude cashiers. Makes better business practice sense.

The attitude and rudeness coming from the woman “Brenda” was completely unnecessary. There is a way to speak to people and that was not it. I went in today because my dad was told to come in to sign some papers and that’s it. We were told to come in and that’s exactly what we did. She just singled us out and asked if we have an appointment and I told her the situation. She said we don’t accept walk ins and that’s not her fault. I can understand that you don’t take walk ins but we were told to come in today. Other than that Inzei is wonderful person and has amazing customer service and is very understanding and respectful. She is an outstanding employee.

My 19 year old son, was trying to get a $500 limit Visa card, so he could start establishing credit. It was denied , Pretty poor business practice not wanting to trust someone who works, with a low credit limit card $500.

Went into the branch earlier trying to get a new account for my mom approached the counter and Samantha was rude told me they only do appointments I said so no walk in and she said sure it’s going to be a 3 hour wait that’s not a way to treat a new customer. She said we would be there up to 3 hours or more that’s so wrong. Never expected bad customer service cause in Clovis the staff is amazing first and last time I will visit EECU in Madera because of Samantha’s rude attitude.

I've been a customer for several years and have always had very good service by all the clerks. What people need to understand is the employees aren't robots and have lives outside the bank. Have you never had a sick child up all night or a dying parent or maybe a cheating drunken spouse? You never know what another person may be suffering thru, so instead of being so negative and judgmental consider what that clerk may be going thru and have a kinder more compassionate heart and some empathy for the risk they take even working in bank nowadays.
And also remember you were once a new employee someplace and had to learn your occupation as well.
Keep smiling and be kind always and it will rub off.
As for Natalie, she is an exceptional employee and takes her duties very seriously and has a family to raise. I've had the pleasure of working with her before I retired from the state and know she is a quick study with a very professional demeanor, one of the best employees I've ever worked with so....maybe it was you!

I visited this branch today, didn’t feel as if Kassandra knew what she was doing. She seemed confused relating to my issue and took awhile to ask for assistance and when she finally did the woman in the cubicle came out and didn’t greet me. A smile goes along way it’s too bad people who work in a professional field aren’t trained to serve their customers with a good attitude.

This EECU location is the best out of all the one's I've been to. The staff here are so nice and helpful. The 2 atm's located outside are always busy most days, which is why it's better to go inside. I enjoy every interaction I have while going in here. Never been disappointed, even if it's a bit of a wait, at least it's air conditioned inside lol.

I cant believe this branch would tell a customer that they have bad relations with a certain dealership when this branch never gets used by us cause there would be no need to but clearly some customer service training should be implemented as well as some professional ethics and relations.
