Went in to pay car payment. The Hispanic woman before me was taking her turn at the counter and was offered a 2024 calendar. She accepted and asked for another for her daughter. The rep happily gave her another.
My turn at the same reps window. I made my payment and was not offered a calendar. No problem, maybe she forgot I asked if I could have one. She became annoyed and said desk or wall? Can I have one of each. NO! One or the other, she stated.
I told her keep em .. save em for the Hispanic customers and their relatives.
That rep was without a doubt, putting out some racist vibes.

My decision to bank with this institution turned out to be a major mistake. I had an unauthorized charge appear on my credit card recently as a result of a hacked Cash App account. I immediately locked my card and reported the fraudulent charge. Believing that my bank would step in to assist. To my dismay, they denied my claim and redirected responsibility to me, stating that I have to deal with Cash App even though I let them know they were of no help. To say the least, it was a frustrating and disheartening experience and now I am stuck with the burden of the debt. To add insult to injury, I had there ignorant reps try and have me say I have no protection. When the law says otherwise. The Fair Credit Billing Act protects cardholders against liability for fraudulent charges. They might as well call their credit cards "debit cards," as they have no protection in place. The hard pull when I first opened the credit card was for nothing.

One of the supervisors, Amber, admitted that CashApp was not helping and left out some evidence, and for that reason, my claim got denied the first time. So in a sense, I'm on the hook because they don't want to put in the work to get my money back or reimburse me. The supervisor, Amber, said she would resubmit a new claim and see if they could get a better outcome. Well, after 120+ days, I found out that they took away my temporary credit and now I'm back on the hook for the unauthorized charge balance. I didn't even get a card, evidence, or anything to notify me that my claim was denied again.

In the end, I just ended up closing my account and taking the temporary hit on my credit score for closing my credit card with them because I would rather do that than bank with these CROOKS. I would highly recommend any current members to look into another institution because, despite their slogan, "Where you're worth more," these neanderthals do not appear to have your best interests at heart. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw them in the news being involved in shady scandals. They even deactivated my Zelle because "it can't be used to send or receive money." when that is literally what it is intended for.

Customer Service in the Madera branch is outstanding! Albert and Ashley went out of their way to make sure we had all our banking needs met before we traveled. Got what we needed on the spot. Seemless experience. Thank you!

Never had an issue with noble before. Overall good experience. Came in to make a payment the day after Thanksgiving for my truck loan after settling an issue with my main bank only to find they wouldn't be open until Monday. Was a little disappointed. This was a very important thing that needed to be taken care of right away. I think noble and it's customers might benefit it the hours were changed somewhat.
