Extremely poor customer service. It's September in 2021 all the banks are fully open even thier other branches are still open , but this location in Lakewood is still by appointment. OK so I made an appointment drove 30 to get here and no one is at the branch. I called customer they answer 30 minutes later but still can't go inside to get my money Extremely poor customer service. I think I'm gonna find a better credit union.

The Pandemic destroyed what this credit union once was. As a loyal 20+ year member I finally closed my account and opted for another credit union.

The Lakewood Branch is without a doubt the worst example of what poor banking business practices looks like. They have consistently taken advantage of the pandemic by adhering to a strict appointment only policy even when there is NO ONE in the branch.

Poor customer service inside coupled with 1 ATM outside shows that FFCU is working on an old banking model. The fact that they still have some of the most competitive rates out there doesn't even matter because their banking practices are not consistent or even practical.

With employees still apparently working from home and other employees doing whatever they want it's no secret why FFCU is struggling to compete.

Unfournately, I have to change my review of the customer services at this particular branch to a one. This branch fails to take care of it's customers needs and the services is non-existence.

To include, the ATM machine continually malfunctions or is closed forcing its customers to use another ATM. POOR POOR POOR service.

At this point I would give it less if I could, I put up with them for far too long. Now when my wife gets a loan to pay off her credit cards, they add an insurance... which unfortunately she needed to use... she is unemployed and the insurance she is paying, somehow is not applicable to her... I've never come across that in my LIFE! How you gonna sign someone up for insurance, charge them, and then deny them the perks?
