I don’t ever leave reviews but I had to after my experience here! I went to this location to seek assistance to set up my direct deposit. After getting that set up, Elizabeth also let me know that I was pre-approved for a list of things! One being something that I really needed. I ended up going through that process as well and Elizabeth had a great attitude and made me feel welcome. I will be coming to this branch for any future needs. Thank you, Elizabeth!

The front receptionist was really nice and welcoming but the teller I had was kind but I didn’t receive all my money , it wasn’t a good experience for me I will be going to my original location in ladera heights , never been swindled in a bank

This review is about Mr.wallffan I never walked into an institution named bank or credit union and felt so unbelievably welcomed from the receptionist to all the associates they make you feel like you just walked into your house they're so kind and considerate funny just the overall warm feeling Mr Walton was a rare individual he shared his story with us so heartfelt looking forward to creating a long time relationship with school first I'm so happy that they accepted me into their home

Can’t believe it Terrible customer service, I came in today for auto loan and front desk lady wrote my name and account info on a piece of notepad I waited to be called and after 45 mins I checked in with front desk and they didn’t have my info on their system what a waste of time

Friendly and professional. So far I have been satisfied, except for their ATMs. On MANY occasions I have been unable to make a deposit on both ATMs. The machine says it processing and then says it cant be completed. I've had to wait until they open to go into the branch. I was told that they are aware of the problem, that it happens sometimes. But yet, it hasn't been resolved. I value the convenience of doing my banking on my own hours, this hasn't been very convenient. Please fix this!

BEST BANK EVER ! This credit union and branch really help
You with what here your needs are. Also they really care for any financial hardships you are going through , unlike other banks they kick you to the curb. But this is the best bank ever. I have even canceled my other bank account to just stick by this one. PLEASE KEEP UP THE AMAZING SERVICE !!
