The office staff is very helpful and sufficient. I explained what I needed and they emailed everything in minutes and it was exactly what I asked for. I appreciate being able to contact my insurance company and be happy with the results unlike Kevin Bradley and his staff. So glad my policy was transferred to Tim Storey.

I don't normally write reviews and hate for my one review to be negative but this was probably the worst experience I've ever had with a business. I switched to allstate when a super nice guy called me out of the blue and was able to save me money. Soon after I purchased a new home and they gave me a list of things I needed to do in order to keep the insurance which I completed and sent pictures in. The person I signed up with left the office permanently and the person assigned to my account unfortunately passed away but no one checked my file and I realized two months later my pictures were never filed or documented and I was dropped without notification. Melissa in the office was extremely rude to me when I was understandably upset and no one ever took responsibility or even said sorry for the problem, just passed the buck. I decided to stay on because switching is a hassle. Months later I wanted to let a coworker borrow an old truck and called in to see how much it would add to my premium, it was exorbitant and I declined adding him. I got my statement and they added him anyway. At this point I went through the process of finding new insurance. I did not feel safe here or anything close to it. I went in today to cancel my auto policies and Melissa was once again extremely rude and unwilling to accept any responsibility even on behalf of the company. She cut me off mid sentence when I told her I was disappointed with their service and her attitude towards me in general and said buh by sarcastically after making me wait in the office to sign my papers while listening to her discuss her favorite type of chocolate knowing I was in the waiting room. The most unprofessional business I ha e ever encountered. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Great staff at this location. They have a variety of services they offer, it’s like a one stop shop for insurance needs. Both Tim and Andrew were very professional and happy to answer my questions about what type of policies they are writing in CA right now.

We have only had two claims filed in the many years of Allstate being our Insurance co. Their service has been outstanding and I have gotten the feeling that they actually do care about their customers. I look forward to many more years of auto insurance from Allstate.

I'm a very patient person, but I will never be going to this particular office for any insurance needs. I'm new to the area and was visiting a few insurance agencies to get quotes on properties in the area. The woman at the front desk was speaking to a customer on the phone, which I didn't mind. She kindly greeted me and asked if I could wait. As soon as she found an opportunity, she put the customer on hold and asked what she could help me with, which I appreciated. When I told her, she went to search for someone. (Mind you, she still had a customer on hold so I appreciated that she made the effort to still help me.) She came back to the front with a man by the name of Ramsey. Ramsey did not greet me or introduce himself. He simply looked at me and asked if someone else could do it, already sounding annoyed that he had to do something. She explained that she was with a customer on the phone, so I don't blame her at all for any of this. Ramsey left and had me waiting for a while. He turned the corner and told me his name and handed me his card. No small talk, no questions, nothing. He told me to email him the pertinent details and he'll be in touch, then walked away.
His approach was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. He didn't ask me my name, didn't ask what I needed. If he had been busy and had let me know, I would have GLADLY set up an appointment to come speak with him when he wasn't busy, but he didn't even mention that. Also, had I not known what the "pertinent" information was that he needed, how did he know I would have been able to get back to him? Needless to say I threw away his card and will not be doing business with this office.
I DID appreciate the effort the clerk at the front made, and I am not claiming that allstate or the other employees in the office are as bad. I haven't had the opportunity to interact with them. However, Ramsey himself was my first impression of this office, and because of him, I will never do business there.

I have been with this agency for 22 years! And if that doesn’t say enough the staff, Melissa snd everyone I speak to, help immediately snd do everything to give you best prices and benefits.
