I met Alfonso six months ago when I purchased my policy and to say the least it was a very pleasant experience. He was very professional and friendly. Alfonso Alvarado is the worst we’ve had. He was cool until it was time to cancel all he said was ok and hung up the phone. After not feeling good about it I called a 1800 number for allstate and they said that should have happened it look like nothing was done to the account and the new rep said they’re suppose to send an email to verify the cancelation. And he refused to cancel it after me not telling him the new company or rate I got. After talking with other employees in the area they said he isn’t a good agent and had several complaint against him. Just stay away from Alfonso.

Worst place to get auto and home insurance! I had David Prieto con me. He told me a set price for home insurance and auto told me to cancel my auto because he "got me a better deal" 15 days later I found out he never submitted the "paper work" had no auto insurance coverage for 15 days . I called him back and he gave me a higher quote then what we discussed . He said the reason he didn't submit the paperwork because he never got my information. I have the text messages that he sent me saying he was inputting the information the next day and another text saying when do I want to send me payment info.. because of David I had no auto insurance for 15 days and he couldn't even own up to his mistakes!! CON ARTIST!!! I CALLED TO COMPLAIN OR TO MAKE IT RIGHT nobody ever called me back.. please stay away from Alfonso Alvarado: Allstate Insurance if you guys like getting lied/screwed over than this is the PERFECT PLACE FOR YOU
