I have been a client with Alexandra Miller CPA for over 10 years. They handle all of my business accounting needs and have been fantastic to work with. Joan, who handles our business, is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable about non-profit accounting which can be different from normal accounting, is very helpful, provides guidance when I need help with QuickBooks and responds to my emails and phone calls very quickly. In addition to handling the monthly accounting needs of my business she also processes our payroll and quarterly taxes as well and is a valuable resource during our annual non-profit audit which is very time consuming and extensive. I highly recommend Alexandra Miller CPA!

I have been an Alex Miller CPA client for 7 years, and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and personal care that I have received from Alex, Joan, and Jenelle for the entirety of our working relationship. I just met Sallie, and she has been friendly and very serviceable, also.
Alex Miller and her associates are always quick to assist me in any way needed, and the service for my business tax documentation (among the other excellent services they provide me) has been first rate.
AND - During these uncertain times, they have also been extremely careful with their office COVID safety protocols.
Kudos to this dream team of ace accountants -- They get the job done, hold your "financial" hand when necessary, and feed you Dove chocolates upon arrival and departure!

I have been working with Joan Schwer for 8 years and I cannot say enough about the knowledge and professionalism she has shown in all aspects of the bookkeeping (Quickbooks) and filings of our payroll taxes. For a short time, Joan was unavailable working on an audit, and I had the pleasure of working with Jenelle, who again stepped in and knew exactly what I needed. Whenever I call the office needing some assistance, I am always greeted warmly by the receptionist or whoever answers the phone.
