I have been living in Leyland Grove 55 and older, just want to say how wonderful the apartments are. They have a small library, gym, and computer rm. Been here for almost 7years and enjoy every moment I am there. Well taken care of with mantience and the office manager is just Wonderful..Thank you for letting me be apart of your building in Conway S.C.

Fraudulent have me owing money for back rent when I owe them nothing section 8 paid them even after I left. Now no one will answer the phones at office or complex. It’s time to start hitting these businesses back. BBB tried to contact them as well and sent me an email saying they were unsuccessful with getting anyone to answer as well. They gave a bad rating.

This company are Crooks/Thieves that take control of people's money living and dead! Landlords hire this company and hide behind them. This company does not return calls even if you send a Certified Letter to resolve issues. I have turned them into the BBB and now, I am writing a Review. I see complaints everywhere about this company and I see NOTHING has been done!! They are getting away with far too much and something needs to be done to get them out the door! There is the EXIT Mr. I .S. and to the Roach Infested Landlord at Leyland Grove!!!
