Terrible customer service!!! They can’t fix the mistake on my ID cards! Why I guess they get paid by insuring as much as people as possible. I asked to have it changed easily and they say ok and transfer you with no questions asked! I even asked all agents to please not transfer me and still did. Horrible!! One of them just hung up on me!! But if have a car to insure they are super nice and helpful! Beware once you pay the deposit you are HISTORY!!!! Sad place to do business never again!!

Reyna Sanchez Hernandez has 0 customer service skills. This girl is disrespectful, unprofessional, uncaring, unfiltered annoyance if you ask anything about your policy, it just seems she hates her job, hates people, and hates customer service. I don't understand why she does this if she can't handle people. She's beautiful, but it does nothing for her personality.

EDIT: Hello Mr. owner, I find it funny that you mention you want to strive for best customer service, yet when I was there and you were dealing with a customer, YOU told the customer that you refused to service him, to leave and go somewhere else, and you were not going to help him. I was stunned to see such horrendous behavior from the supervisor of the establishment. Unfortunately, employees resemble their supervisors, and having met you before, I completely disagree with your statement.

I hardly write reviews but this one is well deserved! I had such an amazing experience at Adriana’s insurance and I can’t thank Dulce enough for thoroughly explaining all of my options and helping me find a great price for my car insurance. Just called because I received a flyer on my car. Who ever answered that phone needs to serious customer service training. Her voice wasn’t welcoming at all she seemed like she was annoyed and didn’t give af. She gave me w “quote” and I asked so how much down . She said idk have to run your License number and vin . I asked so r u gonna ask me for that . She sounded confused. I hung up cuz she was annoying

I always have great service with Adriana’s insurance but this time I really needed someone to take the time to figure out why something wasn’t making sense , Jose Camacho at Adriana’s took the time to figure it out and help me sort it out. He made sure to close the loop on communication and that made me feel assured things were getting done. Great customer service 10/10!
