I don’t know where to start but here goes. I first got State Farm in 2013 for my first new Dodge Charger when I lived in La Puente. Fast forward 5 years, I moved to a city 3 hours away and I decided I wanted to the office near and transferred offices so I finally decided to transfer. Changing was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. So I changed right back after about two months. Honestly their customer service is the reason I transferred back and they are just one call away. They always fix issues and I’m able to pay my insurance over the phone. The whole staff is great but Kitty and Lisa are my go to always if they are there if not everyone else is great too.

Been with State Farm for a few years now and I couldn’t be happier when I was first getting over charged I found State Farm at a great rate with my driving history compared to all other insurance companies! And over the years they have taken care of me and all my obstacles in my life from being late on my payments to getting my insurance info right away when needed! I've been with Billy Van Ho’s State Farm office since I graduated high school back in 2017! They offer the best service and quotes so it’s hard to not stay with his office for this long! I have referred my family and friends, and the office is always there to help and answer any questions I have. The staff is amazing and have staff of different ethnicities so translating isn’t a problem. The office is always clean and well kept. Would recommend to anyone looking for insurance!
