I realize it’s not fair to leave a review on a specific mission fed branch, I’ve been happy with this specific branch, great customer service from the people who work there. However I (and other people I know) are fed up with the mobile and online banking system constantly not working! Once in a while systems have maintenance scheduled, and things happen, I get that, but every other day now is not acceptable! What’s going on?

Haven't had a problem since now. Recently, I had an issue understanding my car loan information. After having my emails ignored for over 2 months, I went inside the branch for clarification. Had a lady say to me word for word "That's just how it is, if you don't like it you can cancel it." Confused and frustrated, I went to a different branch and received out of this world service and clear clarification regarding said loan.

Lucinda was kinda rude and tried to hide certain things about my auto loan just so she could get commission after I got the loan direct from mission fed headquarters instead of her directly she changed her demeanor with me and was being rude and dismissive of my questions even told me to go back to the dealer and tell them to rewrite the contract so she could get the commission and was visibly angry. She told me they could help me find the truck I want and they didn’t even do that no follow ups or calls she did nothing to help me and wanted to get commotion i wouldn’t get another loan at this branch just because I don’t trust her the bank tellers are very nice but Lucinda is a shark trying to be predatory and force people to do what’s best for her not for the customer good thing this isn’t my first time getting a loan or I would have fell victim to her tactics

Let me start off by saying I've only been banking with this branch for a few months and up until the visit to this store I was very pleaseed. I came into this location to deposit a check to start the one teller that was helping me was very nice up until he went to get a manager approval from Ogy Muster due to the fact that it was a high dollar amount, as I was waiting I noticed the teller and Ogy come out of a room and I'm not sure what the issue was but Ogy approached me very aggressively in a room full of people including tellers and basically was yelling at me saying I brought a check that was altered as I was trying to explain to him what it was he loudly said I know the person that wrote this check very well and you need to have him call me and that I was to leave the site, I was taken back as I was about to say something he rudley walked away I asked his name or for a card he walked into his office and slammed the door in my face I went to the teller that was helping me and said he isn't supposed to do that and the male with a horrible attitude said he can, and the other tellers began to chime in saying things things like he said what he said now you can leave, and another saying he nor we have to give you anything and much more I called and made a report thru there 1800 number as well, this is by far the worst customer service I've ever had and not to mention, Ogy worked at another branch and the person who wrote the check I was going to deposit was a great customer with many accounts something happened accounts were pulled and Ogy was let go so he has a grudge and because he seen the name on the check that was the reason for causing a scene and embarrassing me. I was able to go another location and they helped me right away so the accusations Ogy Muster claimed were false, there's no reason for anyone especially a manager to treat or embarrass anyone the way that Ogy did.

For nearly two decades, I've enjoyed pleasant experiences at every branch location visited. Now, for the first time, I have a favorite branch location. Facing an unusual financial situation with looming deadline, it was resolved within two visits. Adam, a manager, was generously helpful, along with several staff, all of whom were also informative, friendly, and superlative in their work. Glad to be with Mission Fed.
