Went on vacation recently
Walked in my travel notification to Ofelia. She told me about my credit card overage and encouraged to use that balance. I was so thankful I did. My account was compromised when I arrived at my destination on the first day.

I just want say Erik at Artesia branch and Gardena is a number one employee. You know I have my credit card lost effort two months I couldn't use it. He printed one out for me when everybody kept saying they're gonna FedEx me and this and that they gave me the runaround, but he didn't give me the runaround. He took care of me right away more employees like him thank you so much.
