We signed up for 3 new auto policies and a home policy with Taylor Hendricks 2 months ago. Ever since, we have not been able to get in touch with anyone at the office.

Today, my wife finally heard from a relative of Shane, the owner of the office. Shane is terminally ill, and Taylor has moved to Birmingham. Apparently, there are no agents working in the office, and no one has communicated to policy holders of these issues.

We leapt into emergency mode this afternoon, scrambling to find a new agent. I'm not trying to run off current policy holders - I'm just giving information to anyone looking for a new agent that they probably need to look somewhere else.

We do wish Shane and the Norris family all the best while they deal with his health.
