Sadly left this insurance company after 7 , every year l over paid for my car insurance. I am a good driver for 17 years never get any discount from this insurance agent. I want to complain about this to bureau ASAP.

First I would like to say that saferoad is awesome! They helped me get my car registration. I honestly don’t have time to get all that stuff done especially because I’m a single mom of 3 and have a 9-5. Sahira the customer service lady had the best customer service she was quick and made sure to tell me all the information I needed. Thanks to her I don’t have to worry about finding someone to watch my kids and take a day off of work to go to the dmv. I seriously recommend saferoad and I definitely hope you guys can get sahira to help you.

Don’t ever speak to a girl name SAHIRA. She always say she will call you back with answers to your questions but NEVER call back. She only called me back to intake a payment to renew a policy. I’ve been with this insurance company since Thannia was handling my case. Who I truly miss. Diego is always a pleasure to have help. I REPEAT do NOT go to SAHIRA for help. She doesn’t responds to her emails either. Some people are just not meant for customer service and I’ve been with Safe road insurance for almost 10years
