Unprofessional lazy and incompetent. This property manager rents to her friends and fails to uphold the owners lease and rules of the property.

I’ve complain about a car parked by my stairs which is a fire code violation and accident waiting to happen. 3 emails and text go unanswered and she doesn’t even tell tenant not to park there. I’ve been complaining for 2 months and told her I will withhold payment if this problem is not addressed. She threatened me with an eviction notice. Come to find out the reason why she does nothing because her friend is the ones that’s doing it. Very un professional and lazy find another management company because she doesn’t care about your tenants or property.

No communication and horrible management. Receptionist is very rude even just to view an apartment. Tried to schedule a viewing and without hesitation she cut me off and said “I’m not taking any calls right now, I’m dealing with other emergencies”. Very unprofessional and lazy.
