No reason a mobile deposit should ever take 7 business days to get to an account. Just get rid of that option all together if you’re going to withhold funds on a couple hundred dollar check…. Pathetic

The Branch Manager didn't step in to sign my AUTO loan docs on my schedule. She approached and greeted, but should have handled it. The 'Loan Officer' was at lunch. She should've signed me on her banker's place. She did take me into her office. But, she wasn't really helpful.
