We were with another carrier for years, and they decided to move us to one of their holy owned subsidiaries. One day we get a letter telling us that we are no longer part of their main company. We’ve been switched to another company that they own. I’m not understanding why this change was done the level of customer service and our experience with this group left a lot to be desired.
After discussing this with my wife of 30 years, we decided to point ourselves in a different direction. Where are you gonna go? She asked and I said you know what when I was a kid I used to hear this. You’re in good hands with ALLSTATE and I said let’s see what the good hands people are talking about. Enter Angel the representative that we talk to from ALLSTATE. He is as kind, understanding and as professional a representative that I have had the pleasure of talking to. we are hoping for a bigger and better things with ALLSTATE and in so far as we are concerned, Angel hit it out of the PARK. Job well done my friend what’s more I have referred you to several of my friends and family members already keep up the good work

I have been an Allstate customer for over a year now, for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the high level of customer service and support I receive. Brenda Ventura had recently assisted me with updating the insurance policy expiration dates specified on my insurance id cards. Brenda had updated my account, and sent via email, digital insurance id cards, and she also sent me a hard copy set to my mailing address. Brenda Ventura is actually the insurance producer that initiated my policy back in June of 2016. She is the most nicest and friendliest insurance person I have ever dealt with.
