Bob and everyone in his office is polite, professional, helpful, and responds quickly. As an example, we rented an RV several times during the pandemic and we needed to insure the rental. First, you have to get to the rental place before they give you the VIN of the rental RV and then call your agent from the RV rental place in order to have it added. If your agent is slow or unresponsive, you’re literally trapped at the RV rental place OR you buy daily insurance from the rental company. I asked the rental person why anyone would buy insurance from the RV rental place when they could simply call their agent. She said “you’re lucky you have a responsive agent. Most people just buy it because they don’t want to wait for their agent to respond.” I never waited and saved money. They emailed the policy to the RV rental place every single time within 2 minutes of my phone call. Another example of good service is that Bob also took the time to give a safety course to my 16 year old that helped us get a discount. Bob also called the corporate office to advocate for us on something. I have many more examples I could share. Doing business with Bob was like having a friend who wanted to help me and has staff who are the same. It sounds cheesy, but Bob Arnold is truly like a good neighbor and always there when you need him.
